Website privacy notice
This notice covers visits to medizoom.care and general enquiries sent to MediZoom. It does not cover patient accounts, clinical records, consultations or payments in the planned mobile service. This website does not offer those services.
Information involved
- Website visits. Our hosting provider, Netlify, may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and access times to deliver and protect the website.
- Email enquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and any attachments you choose to send. Our mailbox is provided through Namecheap Private Email.
The website has no account registration, contact form, payment form, embedded video, advertising tracker or analytics script. It does not set application cookies or use browser storage to track you. Clicking an email link opens your email application; it does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request and manage the resulting correspondence. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. We do not sell enquiry information or use an enquiry as permission to send marketing messages.
These activities rely on the legitimate interests of running an information website and responding to people who contact us, subject to their rights. Where a legal obligation requires information to be retained or disclosed, that obligation may also apply.
Service providers and location
Netlify provides website hosting and Namecheap Private Email provides email delivery and storage. These providers and their service partners may process information outside Kenya. This notice is not a claim that information remains within Kenya.

Retention and protection
Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any related legal requirements. The appropriate period depends on the correspondence and any unresolved issue. Hosting logs, email storage and backup retention also depend on the providers' service settings and terms.
This website uses HTTPS, but no website or email service can promise absolute security. Please do not send medical records, prescriptions, identity documents, professional licences or information about another person's health to the general enquiry address. It is not a clinical intake channel.
Your choices and rights
You can browse without emailing us. For information about how your personal data is used, or to request access, correction, deletion or to object to processing where applicable, contact support@medizoom.care. Please describe the request without attaching identity or health documents. We may need proportionate information to confirm that the request relates to you.
You can also raise a concern with Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner. Its guidance explains data subject rights.
Children and clinical information
This pre-launch website is for general information. It does not offer accounts for children or request their personal or health information. A parent or guardian concerned about information sent to us can use the privacy contact above.
Changes and contact
We will update this notice when the website's data practices change and show the revision date above. Any future app registration or clinical service will need its own privacy information before use.
